I am a retired firefighter from NY, and one of our retired guys from up that way just sent me a photo of the sign outside of the VFW about your happy hour. What a blast from the past!! He was one of the many friends of mine who came to your happy hours at North Country Fair from our ski house in Mt. Snow. They were some of the greatest memories I have from VT in the early 80's. As a matter or fact, I don't know if you would remember this, but many of us took a boat over from the Vineyard in the early 80's to see you perform at the Crystal Palace, and walked up from Hyannis Harbor. We sent you a note on a napkin, asking to make an announcement for a ride back for us to the harbor, you called us "the boat people", and decided to give us a ride back yourself after the show in your station wagon. I still have pics from inside the car. Anyway, I am planning on driving up from NY this weekend to see the NY Yankees beat the Red Sox at Fenway on Saturday, and am excited about making a detour on Friday night to attend your show. Watched your youtube clips, you haven't skipped a beat, have you seen Rico Flashback lately? If I make it to the show, I would love to be able to re-introduce myself to you. Thanks for the memories and great times
